Zambales IMO Acting Division Manager Rolando C. Espino immediately called for a quick meeting with all ZIMO employees to re-echo the discussions during the 2023 Year-End Review and 2024 DPCR Target Setting with the NIA Regional Office No. III Top Management and Section Chiefs.
He took this opportunity to recognize the efforts of every personnel, which translated to the good performance of the office, despite being a newly-created Interim IMO. Manager Espino encouraged all employees to work together for a common goal, not just for the ratings, but for the benefit of our agency and the farmers we serve.
