NIA-RO III Secures Official Title for its compound

The National Irrigation Administration – Regional Office III, situated in Tambubong, San Rafael, Bulacan, has successfully obtained its official title for its 5,867-square-meter compound on March 18, 2025. The compound comprises three lots and was initially untitled, but now has been awarded a Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) after coordinating efforts with the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR).
