As a member-agency of the Regional Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (RTF-ELTAC), EOD Manager Virgilio J. After the Turnover Rites held in Pampanga, the NIA Region III Management travelled to Tarlac to hold the Turnover Ceremony for Tarlac San Miguel O'Donnel RIS. Outgoing Chief Engr. Rolando C. Espino turned over the NIA Flag and Symbolic Key to RM Josephine B. Salazar. He thanked the NIA Region III Management for the support and opportunity. RM Salazar, then, passed the NIA Flag and Symbolic Key to Incoming Chief Engr. Ruben R. Llamas who gladly accepted his new role.
