In a simple turnover ceremony on July 28, 2020 at the NIA Region 3 Farmers Training Center, the newly-purchased Pistols (Caliber 9mm Glock 17 Gen 4 with Luminescent Sight) and 450 Rounds of Ammunition were turned over by NIA Central Office Officials led by Elaine P. Villanueva – Acting Manager of the Procurement & Property Division, Col Rogelio P Percol (Ret) – Chief Civil Security Officer of the Civil Security Affairs, and Richard M. Diesta – Property Officer A to the NIA Region 3 Top Management Josephine B. Salazar – Regional Manager, Virgilio J. Ilao – Division Manager of Engineering and Operations, Rochelle R. Cervantes – Division Manager of Administrative and Finance and witnessed by staff from the Administrative Section and Security Officers.
