In a simple Turnover Ceremony, RM Josephine B. Salazar led the rites for the Management of Porac Gumain RIS and Engineering Section of PAMBAT IMO. The event was witnessed by AFD Manager Rochelle R. Cervantes, BANE IMO Manager Lauro E. Ballesteros, PAMBAT IMO Manager Isabelito V. Bitangcol, TARZAM IMO Acting Manager Jaime A. Mananghaya and the PAMBAT IMO Family. Outgoing Engineering Section Chief, Ruben R. Llamas turned over the management of the Section to Engr. Wendell C. Martin.
Due to the forthcoming retirement of Engr. Ma. Blanca B. Aldovino, Engr. Rolando C. Espino took over the management of Porac Gumain RIS. Engr. Aldovino was awarded a Plaque of Appreciation for her long and invaluable service to NIA Region III.
