The Camiling RIS conducted a Basic Leadership Development Course Training to the newly organized Communal Irrigation System – Botbotones Pinagpala IA at Felrey Resort, Palimbo Caarosipan, Camiling, Tarlac.
The training aims to educate the IAs in running their day to day activities. It is also committed to ensure farmers’ success in moving from guided to independent display of knowledge, understanding and skills, and to enable them to transfer this successfully to the future generations.
