On December 3, 2021, the Enhanced Partnership Against Hunger and Poverty (EPAHP) Memorandum of Understanding and Marketing Agreement Signing was conducted at NIA-CAMRIS, Malacampa, Camiling, Tarlac.
Partner Agencies' (Rehoboth Chilren's Home Inc. and True Vine Christian Fellowship International Inc.) Executive Directors, Representatives of Tarlac IA Provincial Federation, TARZAM-IMO Manager Jaime A. Mananghaya and Camiling RIS Chief Placida C. Cordero were present in the MOU and MA signing. EPAHP is a program with a framework to mitigate hunger, ensure food and nutrition security, and reduce poverty through the convergence of different government agencies to directly benefit family farms, farmer organizations, and marginalized sectors of the country.
NIA, as one of the supporting agencies, shall assist irrigators associations (IAs) and link them to the other partner agencies to provide services, or offer goods that they can produce.
