As an ISO-Certified Agency, Regional Manager and Concurrent OIC - Deputy Administrator for Engineering and Operations Engr. Josephine B. Salazar pushed for the three-day training/workshop for Objectives, Targets, Programs (OTP), and the Risk and Opportunities Registry (ROR) in adherence to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. This training/workshop aims to identify, design, and monitor the organizational OTPs/Quality Objectives. Participants are expected to learn how to recognize and plan appropriate Corrective Actions to address all identified Risks and Opportunities under the Medium and High categories. In addition, this program will employ Why-Why Analysis and monthly monitoring of unfavorable risks to address Root-Cause.
Thirty (30) selected participants from the Regional Office and IMOs involved in preparing their respective office’s OTPs and RORs attended the training which is being facilitated by ISO Expert and Senior Technical Consultant Brenda B. Magpantay.
