NIA Region III joined the Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) Orientation/Re-orientation Workshop held at NIA Region IX Training Center, Regional Center, Balintawak, Pagadian City on May 21-24, 2024. It aims to ensure organizational effectiveness and improvement of individual employee efficiency. Atty. Mario Jose T. Cunting from the Civil Service Commission Region IX and NIA Central Office Acting Human Resources Division Manager Portia S. Angulo led the conduct the said training.
