About 100 farmers who are members of various Irrigators Associations (IAs) from the municipalities of Zaragoza, Laur, and Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija attended the orientation on TUPAD for better irrigation service. The orientations were conducted by DOLE and NIA on June 19-20, 2024 and participated by Gapumaca ISA of Zaragoza, Laur Communal IA of Laur, and Dupinga Sierra Madre IA of Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija.
