The Engineering Section Acting Chief Engr. Cedrik Louise R. Carlos, represented by Project-in-charge, Mr. Randy A. Balauro, inspected the completed Apga CIS project on the Rehabilitation/Improvement of Diversion Works, Canal and Drainage System in San Felipe, Zambales. The inspection was conducted in the presence of the representatives from the Municipal Agriculture Office, Mr. Manuel Espiritu, Q4 Construction, and members of Apga-Carampoan Irrigator’s Association Inc.
This signifies a major accomplishment in infrastructure development. The collaboration of all stakeholders highlights a mutual dedication to improving agricultural productivity. These efforts empower local farming communities by increasing crop yields and improving water management.
