An initiative of Bulacan IMO Manager Engr. Placida C. Cordero and O&M Chief Engr. Ernesto L. These measures include the synchronized utilization of equipment, workforce, and resources.

This activity is part of a broader contingency plan aimed at improving the existing irrigation system's water efficiency and boosting water management strategies. The welfare of farmer-beneficiaries was a key topic during the open forum. All of these are aimed towards technical and operational excellence through partnerships and collaboration.
