To create an avenue for exchange of ideas and refine projects under the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program – Irrigation Component (CARP-IC), the National Irrigation Administration Region III is now hosting a three-day evaluation, orientation, and workshop event at the NIA Region III Farmers’ Training Center in San Rafael, Bulacan, October 16-18, 2024.
Present in the said event are CARP-IC Acting Project Manager Engr. Robertino O. Lapeña, IDD Manager Ricardo C. Lopez, and other CARP-IC staff.
The event goals to collaboratively review and evaluate the current state of projects under CARP-IC in the region. Part of this includes the IDP First Semester Assessment where participants will engage in discussions about reprogramming of CY 2024 projects. Moreover, the orientation and workshop for creating the essential Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manual for completed projects is set to provide valuable insights and practical tools to ensure the ongoing success and sustainability.
