The NIA Pampanga-Bataan Irrigation Management Office (PamBat IMO) recently held two seminars aimed at enhancing employee well-being and reinforcing ethical standards in public service on December 2-3, 2024.
The first seminar, led by resource speaker Orly P. Tungob, focused on stress and time management. The seminar provided practical tools for improving productivity, managing emotions, and achieving work-life balance. Participants left with valuable strategies for personal and professional growth.
The following day, Mr. Tungob conducted a seminar on ethics, centered on Republic Act No. 6713, which emphasizes the principles of integrity, accountability, and transparency in public service. Employees explored the norms of ethical behavior in government work, gaining a deeper understanding of their roles and responsibilities as public servants.
