April 28, 2021 - NIA Region III held its Community Pantry at PAMBAT IMO, Floridablanca, Pampanga.
To cater to the needs of the community, not just around the Regional Office, Regional Manager Josephine B. Salazar and PAMBAT IMO Manager Isabelito V. Bitangcol tirelessly planned and executed this activity.
Around 300 individuals benefitted from this project. Hearing the words of gratitude from these individuals uplifted the spirits of the NIA Family.
RM Josephine B. Salazar's initiative is now on its Week 2. This time, the Administrative and Finance Division under the Management of Rochelle R. Cervantes lead the preparation and distribution of goods for the Community Pantry.

The National Irrigation Administration PAMBAT -IMO Engineering Section headed by Acting Chief Engr. Angelito D. David and Institutional Development Unit headed by Ofelita Pangan, conducted a Coordination Meeting for better project implementation.

The said inspection was conducted by the Nueva Ecija Satellite Office of NIA with the presence of representatives from Layug Small Water Impounding IA Inc. and the contractor of the project.
Our farmer irrigators are also practicing Diversified Farming System. This can help their farmlands to be cultivated for the next cropping season. Some of their crops in diversified farming includes okra, eggplants, monggo and many other vegetable plants. NIA TARZAM IMO supports our farmers in the said program in order for them to provide us good and quality yields.

Week 1, Day 2 of our NIA Region 3 Community Pantry. Seeing the needs of the Community around the NIA Office who are badly affected by the Pandemic, the Management decided to push this activity through until the NIA Anniversary Celebration.
