Today, July 12, 2024, NIA Bulacan IMO Engineering Section conducted an inspection of the completed solar-powered pump projects in Umpucan Irrigators Association and Tulay na Patpat Irrigators Association in San Ildefonso, Bulacan under the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program- Irrigation Component (CARP-IC).
