The Bataan Satellite Office conducted a Year-End Assessment for Sabanah Lumantang IA on December 28, 2021 to discuss the association's Accomplishments, Achievements, Status of Farm Machineries, EPAHP Marketing Agreement, Status of Request for Dam Rehabilitation, and CY 2022 Programs.
The Angat Maasim RIS accomplished the RC Pipe laying that connects the service road and farmland located at Brgy. San Isidro, San Luis, Pampanga.
This activity would help the farmers in transporting their farm inputs or farm products to/from their fields, considering the sufficient flow of the irrigation water. The Ilog-Bitan IA, under the North Zone of Angat Maasim RIS, has an irrigated area of almost 164 hectares with 83 farmer beneficiaries.
In response to our stakeholder's request from Brgy. San Jose, Plaridel, Bulacan, the NIA AMRIS conducted a Site Inspection to locate the farm ditch that was backfilled due to continuous improvement on the said area.
The Angat Maasim RIS coordinated with the DPWH Contractor, C.M. Pancho Construction Incorporated, together with the owners of the adjacent lots to make a temporary canal to be able to provide continuous supply of irrigation water to the affected farmlands.
The Bataan Satellite Office conducted their regular Main Canal Maintenance by declogging the stations 6+320, 6+720 and 7+140 of COLO RIS in Dinalupihan, Bataan.
The Zambales Satellite Office conducted a Year-End Assessment for Six (6) Irrigators Association under Bucao River Irrigation System - Maligha IA, Botolan Zambales IA, Hilagang Botolan IA, SMB IA, Timog Botolan IA and SDT IA.
On December 22, 2021, the Zambales Satellite Office facilitated the Training on Basic Leadership Development Course and Teambuilding for the newly-organized IA from Sto. Tomas RIS , San Marcelino (Nagsangui IA) and Lower Salaza CIS, Palauig (Dungon Salaza IA). An Orientation on the Enhance Partnership Against Hunger and Poverty (EPAHP) for the Irrigators Association of Nayom Bayto RIS was also conducted on the same day.
The Bataan Satellite Office facilitated the signing of IRR FISA Form 5 or the Request for Condonation and Writing off of Unpaid IA Loan (Amortization) balance per RA 10969 for the Communal Irrigation Systems of Bataan.
