The new Acting IMO Manager of Zambales IMO, Engr. Enrique G. Carlos, inspected two key irrigation structures on October 3, 2024 - Nayom Dam in Guinabon, Sta. Cruz, Zambales, and Bayto Dam in Tubo-Tubo Sur, Sta. Cruz, Zambales.
