To mitigate the impact of the ongoing Typhoon Kristine, the NIA Camiling River Irrigation System (CAMRIS) staff conducted an inspection and monitoring of the electro-mechanical gates at Magsaysay Dam in Nambalan, Mayantoc, Tarlac, on October 24, 2024.

In light of Tropical Storm Kristine's forecasted impact, NIA Tarlac San Miguel-O'Donnell River Irrigation System (TASMORIS) conducted a site inspection on the two major dams in the province.
