Nagsagawa ng isang pagpupulong ang NIA Tarlac IMO kasama ang Kilusang Magsasaka ng Sta. Lucia para sa Patubig FIA at Bayung Bueno IA upang talakayin ang programang “Contract Farming”. Ang Contract Farming ay isang programa ng NIA na naglalayong mas matulungan pa ang ating mga kasamahang magsasaka sa kanilang pagtatanim, magkaroon ng mas masaganang ani, at mas maiangat ang antas ng pamumuhay ng mga magsasaka. Layunin din ng programang ito na mas mapababa ang presyo ng bigas sa pamilihan.

100 FARMERS TO BENEFIT FROM NIA AND DOLE CONVERGENCE FOR TUPAD PROGRAM

In partnership with DOLE’s Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers (TUPAD), NIA Tarlac IMO conducted the Orientation and Contract Signing for 100 farmer-beneficiaries from IAs in the Municipality of Mayantoc, Santa Ignacia, and Camiling, Tarlac on March 27, 2024 at NIA CAMRIS Malacampa, Camiling, Tarlac.
